ABOUT THE ROLE

iGlobal Services is seeking a highly resourceful digital operator who can independently build, manage, and improve digital systems across websites, social media, automation workflows, and platform operations.

This is a hands-on builder role for someone who can move quickly from idea to execution and operate with minimal supervision.

This role requires a proactive professional comfortable working across web development, digital marketing, AI tools, and operational systems.

This position begins as a Contract-to-Hire engagement with the opportunity to grow into a long-term permanent role within iGlobal Services.

Responsibilities

Build and manage company websites
Manage WordPress and Odoo environments
Create social media content
Implement AI automation workflows
Coordinate digital execution across teams

Must Have

Bachelor Degree or Higher
Passion for software products
Odoo platform familiarity
HTML / CSS fundamentals
Social media content creation

Nice to have

Experience in managing websites, end-to-end
Experience working with Founders or Startups
Experience with Automation flows
Experience managing Digital Platforms or Marketplaces

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve company websites and landing pages
• Manage WordPress and Odoo website environments
• Create and publish social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels
• Implement automation workflows using AI and no-code tools
• Support AI assistant, chatbot, and workflow automation initiatives
• Manage vendor listings, service pages, and digital platform content
• Coordinate tasks with internal resources and external contractors
• Document workflows and operational processes
• Identify opportunities to improve digital efficiency and user experience
