Business Development Manager

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales, brand awareness, and customer base

  • Analyze market trends and develop effective strategies to maximize sales. 

  • Establish relationships with potential customers and maintain relationships with existing customers

  • Research and identify new business opportunities

  • Develop and implement promotional activities and plans to increase sales

  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts

  • Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements to increase efficiency

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide post-sales support

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure all sales objectives are achieved 

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development role or relevant field

  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks

  • Proficient in English

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
